China Glaze - Tongue & Chic

And now for the first time on the blog: CHINA GLAZE! :D

I’m so so so happy that finally I had the chance to try this brand! I can hardly manage not to buy their entire line. :) For starting I decided to choose some pieces of the latest Autumn Nights collection, for example Tongue & Chic. When I saw previous swatches of this polish I knew I want it.

And it was a very wise decision. ;) This shade screams Fall. China Glaze says it’s a teal, but there’s some emerald green in it too. Whatever we may call it, it’s a beautiful color. I’m so hooked up on it that I try to purchase it in every finish – for creme I already have Barry M Watermelon, for a sand there’s IsaDora’s Emerald Crush.

I’m perfectly satisfied with the quality of this polish. It’s very pigmented, covers flawlessly with only one coat. The brush is quite narrow, as every CG brush is, but I got used to them, as I learned to paint my nails with them growing up. The formule is also very good, not too runny, not too thick. It’s not very shiny once dried, but I applied some Seche Vite top coat over it (as I want to test it too), so it became immediately very shiny.

I fear I’m not very objective here, because it’s a CHINA GLAZE polish whatsoever, but I do hope that you agree with me on the fact that it is a extremely gorgeous polish. *_*
