It’s crazy how interesting polishes Golden Rose has. Most of them are so impressive, that I tend to stare at the bottles for an unreasonably long amount of time. And it’s the same with the Impression collection too. By choice I would have bought all of them, ALL OF THEM. It was very difficult to choose only two of them. Although I’m not a big fan of these strand (or whatever they’re called) polishes, I would most certainly never use them as a top coat. However.
The promo pictures suggest that they can be fully opaque too. Now, that sounds rather interesting, doesn’t is? ;)
Full opacity is feasible. I mean, you have to work for it and it takes a lot of time and patience, but it’s not impossible.
On the pictures you can see 3, that is three coats. I don’t say that it was the biggest fun in my life to apply, because I had to be very careful with the strands, soo that they cover evenly, and I had to make sure that it doesn’t become too thick on the nails, but once it’s on: wow.
And of course it needs a generous amont of top coat too, and it’s not easy (to put it mildly) to remove either, but if you like an unusual finish, then it’s definitively worth a try.
I think it doesn’t sound surprising if I say, that they had great success, everyone was staring at my nails like crazy.
I can’t wait to try the other one too, but I’ll have to wait for an exceptionally calm moment, because it really does require patience. :)
