Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday to everyone! ^^ I hope all of you are already full of delicious food and cakes and you’re sitting right next to the Christmas tree swatching your brand new polishes. :D I couldn’t not bring you a gold polish today, it suits the occasion too much and this one is just toooo beautiful to no to be shown.
I was waiting for so long to finally have some of the Barry M Textured Glitters, so I bought two as soon as I could. The other one, Princess, is gorgeous too, but today Majesty got all of my attention. You’ll see why. ;)
It has a beautiful old golg shade, it reall is majestic. It has such a timeless elegance, that I can imagine Cleopatra, Marie Antoinette, Elisabeth Ist, Catherine the Great or even Jeanne d’Aec wearing it.
It covers in two coats, is easy to apply – as most sand polishes – , I applied some top coat over it too, but it didn’t change the finish at all.
It sparkles so much! It feels so luxurious, like I was wearing some special Dior polish made of antique inca gold, of which only 3 bottles exist in the world.
I just can’t show enough pictures of it.
Now, let’s compare it to some other gold sand polishes, shall we?
So here we have Majesty next to OPI Honey Ryder and Lovely Snow Dust Nr1.
Index finger: Lovely, middle- and little finger: BarryM, ringfinger: OPI.
Now here we have a real proof to see that Majesty has such a special shade. For me it’s much more interesting than the Lovely one (which is a gorgeous, gorgeous gold shade with fantastic quality!) or the OPI (I still don’t like somehow this polish :/).
I think I found the perfect gold sand for me. <3 I’ve already used it at least 4 or 5 times which is a very very very rare thin, believe me. :D
