So when will we be bored of sand polishes, again? I guess never. :D They’re just perfect: they last, they are beautiful and easy to use. And given that a lot of us love them so much, sooner or later every brand creates their own versions of them. However I was surprised to see them on the Manhattan shelves
in the typical Rimmel, I mean in a atypical Manhattan bottle. They came out with 3 shades – not bad for a starter, but they didn’t risk much. :D
I fell for Glitter For Life in an instant. I know that it’s rather an Autumn colour, but I like it so much even now, that spring’s here. It reminds me of IsaDora Wine Crush – in a way that this polish is also a perfect mix of some gorgeous warm shade and sparkle – only, it’s much lighter.
I needed to use two coats for perfect coverage (however it kept not covering the tips of my nails for some reason :/). The brush is handy and the polish dried very quickly.
I like this shade so much! It’s so original! I mean in this world where every polish has at least 5 dupes, it’s nice to see a colour that is nwe (for me at least).
My only regret is that the other two shades of the collection are fairly boring. :/ The orange-y one reminds me of the Lovely Baltic Sand Nr1 and the black one looks the same as Misslyn Universe (and Golden Rose has something very similar too). However let’s just hope that it is just the beginning and Manhattan will come with more sand polishes in the future. :)
