I can’t say that I have been waiting for so long for the Flormar Beauty Toys polishes, because a) I didn’t even know that they existed, b) the collection is full of basic cremes. I don’t think I would have bought any of them (okay, maybe one :D), but I had a chance to review two of them for you. Let’s see them. :)
Frog Prince is a gorgeous mint while Wonderheart Bear is a raspberry joghurt shade – absolute basics in every nail polish stash. To spice up a little these rather simple colours, I applied some white Golden Rose on two of my fingers and painted with a brush some A-England shades over them (namely Dancing With Nureyev, Saint George and Briar Rose). I really like this technique, I’m sure I’ll use it a lot. :)
But back to today’s polishes: both of them are two-coaters, they don’t streak, but even out nicely and they’re easy to apply. The “pattern” on Wonderheart Bear isn’t shimmer though, it became gritty because of the top coat. :/
I know, I know, that doesn’t sound good for me either. :/ So let me seize this moment to suggest you to avoid the Rimmel Finishing Touch 3D Plumping top coat, unless you want this to happen:
It literally shattered the polish into thousands of pieces after less than a day wear. The same happened on each nail, so it’s not about the Flormar polish. :/ Unlike the Rimmel, the Flormar polishes have a very good quality, those who need some basic shades, should really check them out here.
Every polish I used is from Nailland Hungary, you can order them and lots of others from their webshop.
